I was having a nap last week when one of my business partner called me. He called to tell me that he has no time to continue with business and wanted to quit. He said he has work and family commitments. He went on saying that, he really like to continue but has no time.
Hmm…
Well, I understand his situation but all I can say is that no one else will stop you from doing anything besides yourself. In life, the greatest enemy you will meet is no other then yourself and that’s very true.
So I asked him, “Why did you started this business in the first place?”

He went silent for moment and answered, “I wanted to be financially free, without having to worry about money.”
He wanted to make more money and yet give excuses that he can’t do it. Is he begin flicker minded or what? Seriously, you either succeed or give excuses. You can’t have both. You can’t have success simply by saying it, you need to take action!
To me, I see success as simply as possible. I see it as what you ultimately want in life. Is it wealth? Is it being able to travel around the world? Or is it simply being able to spend more time with you family without ever to worry about money?
Everyone has different dreams in life and the difference between you and your dream is your desire to get there.
I told him the decision is yours and I will respect whatever he choose and ended the call. The next day, he quited.
That shows how much desire he has.
So…
My point is, if you want to be successful in life, stop making excuses and take action. Opportunities are everywhere and its only up to you to realize.
